Jan 2009 – Plagued with computer problems, well known law office hires Intelligent IT Designs to revamp its computer network. During the analysis phase, many problems were uncovered such as inadequate data backups and inadequate network security. Both of these problems could have been catastrophic if left undetected but fortunately we were brought in the loop and quickly uncovered and resolved these issues which at the same time providing the client with much improved performance and efficiency.

December 2008 – Before meeting , a popular recruiting company had big problems with their hosted VoIP service. Constant dropped calls and poor line quality were severely threatening their business.
